How far would you go to destroy yourself?

Krishani always knew he would have to go to the Lands of Men, but he never thought it would be like this. Enemies everywhere, an ancestor he can't respect, elders he can't trust, a curse he can't stop and friends he can't help but hate. Desperate to end the pain, he sets out on a quest to find the other Flames and face the enemy that took everything from him.

My Review

I love fantasy in every shape and form and this book was no exception. Justice was as good as it's predecessor, if not better! Surrender left me with a strong yearning to know more and Justice delivered. I felt a lot of different emotions during this book and I fell in love with the worlds that had been created. Everything worked really well with each other and I had a great time reading this book.

I was not expecting the twists and turns of this book. There always seemed to be a lot going on but I never really saw any of it coming, maybe a few things here and there, but mostly I was taken for a crazy, breath-taking ride.

The characters were all fantastic. There names were gorgeous and suited them perfectly and the depth of them was great! The characters changed and grew, though some did not grow in the way I'd expected. I felt connected to a few of the characters, and as the tale wore on these connections grew and I was constantly running over ideas in my mind on how to make things work out for everyone.

I loved the language of this book. Not just the writing, which was really good, but the sound of the words and the names of things. The few lines that were written in a different language were very pretty and fit really well with the nature of the story. The names of all the places and things seemed to go really well with it all and the rightness of it really added to my reading of the story.

I loved the journey I was taken on and the growth in the characters from when If first met them in Surrender. I was blown away by the delicate tale spun by Rhiannon and I really want more!
